Some spoilers was posted on Inoue JOE's official site on August 19th with not much information. At this time, we only can guess the name off this album could be 「DOS ANGELES」 (still have this "?" in the post, means it still needs to be chosen by his manager / label director or some thing like that :P ). Other information is just album's catalog and, of course, its prices.

Joe shared some news on his personal blog.
「DOS ANGELES」 has its decision to become the official name.
Joe also wrote more about the pre-production of this album releases on October 6th.  
According to Joe's blog, the PV promotes for DOS ANGELES had already finished. As usual, Joe directed this music video himself and it was a fresh challenge for him (engage to make us surprised, neh?). Joe also took the photoshots and other footage which will become bonus part in the limited DVD.

「DOS ANGELES」 probably is a play word from Los Angeles - the prideful hometown of Inoue Joe. Moreover, the word "dos" has another meaning. It's "two" in Spanish. (which true is Joe with many of his characters like before)
